This Hello Kitty cake was made for a little girl’s third
birthday who just loves to be girly, so I went over the top with pink. The 9x13” yellow cake was decorated with
black, white, yellow, light pink, and hot pink buttercream icing. My favorite part of cake making is seeing the
surprise and delight on the children’s faces when they see their cakes. It is truly a blessing.
