This big cookie was a recipe I repeated for a client and can
be found elsewhere on this blog. It was
a large chocolate chip cookie decorated with chocolate and peanut butter
buttercream icing. I made it for
client's husband's birthday who apparently has tastes similar to those of my
husband! The final cost of this big
cookie was:
Icing per Batch: $3.55
Cookie: $5.72
Wrapping and Plating: $1.05
Labor: $6.00 per hour x 2 = $12
Total: $22.32
