I made this smash cake for a little
boy’s first birthday party! It was cut
from a 9x13 yellow cake and decorated with blue, yellow, red, and green
buttercream icing to match the party decorations.
Buttercream Icing per Batch: $2.55 x
2.5 = $6.38 (1 blue, .5 green, .5 red, .5 yellow)
Chocolate Cake: $1.93
Wrapping and Plating: $3.88 (I took a dollar off since I used one of my plastic green platters instead of a cake board.)
Labor: $6.00 per hour x 2.5 = $15
