Chocolate Sheet Cake with Peanut Butter Icing

This chocolate cake is covered with peanut butter buttercream icing with navy, orange, and yellow buttercream decorations.  This particular combination of chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream icing seems to be a favorite among my clients.  I might have to make one for my husband soon!  The cost is as follows:   

Buttercream Icing per Batch: $2.55 x 2= $5.10
Chocolate Sheet Cake: $1.93 x 2 = $3.86

Wrapping and Plating: $4.88
Labor: $6.00 per hour x 3 = $18

Total: $31.84

Dinosaur Cake and Cupcakes

This dinosaur cake and 24 cupcakes were made for a little girl's fourth birthday who loves dinosaurs!  The dinosaur cake is red velvet with orange, white, green, and yellow buttercream icing, and the dinosaur is holding a birthday present with the #4.  The cupcakes are chocolate with swirled green, yellow, and orange buttercream icing.  The cupcake foils are also decorative, but with the chocolate cake it is hard to see the solid yellow, orange zigzags, and green gingham designs.  I think the vibrant colors are really what make this cake special.  The price is as follows:

Buttercream Icing per Batch: $2.55 x 3.5 = $8.93
Red Velvet Cake: $1.93

Chocolate Cake: $1.93

Labor: $6.00 per hour x 5.5 = $33
