My mother loves to find me new baking tools for Christmas,
and this year I received the tools to make jelly-filled cupcakes!
Two of my clients love jelly-filled cakes, so
as soon as I opened my present I texted both of them and asked if they wanted
to be my jelly-filled cupcake guinea pigs!
Oh my gosh these looked good when I put them together!
They
are made of yellow cake and raspberry jelly.
The swirled icing is white buttercream and the stared icing is cream
cheese.
My clients love both types of
icing, so I just had to make both.
