Super Dylan Blue Sheet Cake

This take on the classic Superman cake was made for my friend's son's fourth birthday party.  He likes superheroes, but loves the color blue, so I made his yellow sheet cake blue!  I was happy to learn that it did not change the taste or moistness of my cake at all.  This cake is decorated with blue, yellow, and red buttercream icing and instead of a large "S" has a large "D" for Dylan!  The price for this cake is as follows:
Buttercream Icing per Batch: $2.55 x 2= $5.10
Blue Cake: $1.93 x 2 = $ 3.86
Wrapping and Plating: $4.88
Labor: $6.00 per hour x 2 = $12
Final Price: $25.84

Pink John Deere Wagon Cake

This pink John Deere wagon cake was made for my neighbor's daughter's second birthday.  It was cut from a yellow sheet cake and is decorated with dark pink, light pink, yellow, green, gray, white, and chocolate buttercream icing.  I paid special attention to detail on this cake as can be seen in the flowers, tire tread, layering on the wheels, bolt in the handle, and air pump attachment on the wheels.  If I had to make this cake again, I would cut back the white area so it was literally behind the chocolate wood panels just for added dimension.  Overall, I think it looked and tasted great!  The price for this cake is below:
Buttercream Icing per Batch: $2.55 x 4.5= $11.48
Yellow Cake: $1.93 x 2 = $ 3.86
Wrapping and Plating: $4.88
Labor: $6.00 per hour x 5.5 = $33
Final Price: $53.22

Thomas the Train Cake

This Thomas the Train cake was make for my son's third birthday.  It's a yellow cake cut from a 9x13 pan and decorated with blue, black, red, yellow, and white buttercream icing.  I have make Thomas cakes before, and I don't usually repost similar designs, but I did more detail on this cake and there are more cut outs to give the cake dimension.  I'm pretty proud of it, but most importantly, my son loved it.
