This cake was made for three year
old twin boys who are in love with Thomas the Train! The engine is a chocolate cake while the
lumber car is yellow. Both are cut from
a 9x13 cake pan. They are decorated with
blue, gray, white, black, green, and yellow buttercream icing and linked
together by Twizzlers. The logs on top
of the lumber car are Twix candy. Below
is the final price for this cake that easily fed 35-40 people depending on how
large the pieces are cut.
Buttercream Icing per Batch: $2.55 x
2.75 = $7.01
Chocolate and Yellow Cake:
$1.93 x 2 = $3.86 Wrapping and Plating: $4.88
Candy (Twizzlers and Twix): $4.67 (I'll give you the extra candy for your party.)
Labor: $6.00 per hour x 4 = $24
Total: $44.42
