Raspberry Filling Cake

This yellow cake was my first foray into jelly filling, and it worked!  It is a two layer yellow cake with raspberry jelly between the layers covered in white buttercream icing and topped with a handful of raspberries.  Delicious!  The price is as follows, but would change with the addition of more raspberries or a different type of fruit.

Buttercream Icing per Batch: $2.55
Yellow Cake: $1.93
Jelly: $2
Raspberries: $1
Wrapping and Plating: $4.88
Labor: $6.00 per hour x 1.5 = $9
Total: $21.36
