I have a client who loves to experiment. She will see things in magazines or on the
internet and send me ideas saying, "This sounds yummy. Let's do this." I love her creativity and her reassurance
that if she can dream it up, I can make it happen. This latest creation are lemon cake cupcakes
filled with raspberry jelly and topped with lemon buttercream icing. I had never before made lemon cake or lemon
buttercream icing, so I was a little afraid it was all going to be too lemony,
but it was perfection. I could have
